Changjian Tang (C.J.Tang), Ph.D., Professor
Changjian Tang (C.J.Tang), Ph.D., Professor, the Senior member of the American Society of science and progress, members of the Plasma Physics Division of the Chinese physical society and the Committee for fusion and plasma division of the Chinese Nuclear Society.
1985 graduated from the Physics Department of Sichuan College of Education majored in physics, and then teach there. In 1989, he was admitted to the University of Electronic Science and technology to study for graduate students. He received a master's degree in physics electronics in the school in 1992, and then taught at Sichuan University. In 2000, he received a doctorate in the science and engineering of nuclear energy in the Southwest Physics Research Institute of the nuclear industry.
Presided over a number of national research projects, complete the medium theory of moving plasma and the nonlinear theory of phase-locked gyrotron oscillator, proposes the ICECM model and multi-layer periodic dielectric photonic crystal resonant cavity. In recent years, the study of the interaction of beams, waves and plasma, and the study of MHD behavior in magnetic confinement fusion physics. There is a wide range of cooperation and academic communication with most of the international and domestic universities. He has presided over 6 national scientific research projects and 1 provincial projects. The current 2 projects are "ELM dynamics and control in Tokamak" and "terahertz radiation based on the beam - plasma virtual cathode chain". More than 40 graduate students have been trained, more than 80 academic papers have been published. The main research fields are 1. The theory of beams, wave and plasma interaction. 2. Magnetic confinement fusion physics.
